SurgaPlay Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Terms of Use

Welcome to SurgaPlay, a digital entertainment and online betting platform dedicated exclusively to users in Malaysia. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Member" or "User") and SurgaPlay ("Platform", "We", "Us").

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or using any part of the SurgaPlay platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

SurgaPlay reserves the right to modify, add to, or withdraw any part of these Terms at any time. Notice of changes will be displayed on the platform and/or sent to your registered email. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To register and use the SurgaPlay platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. SurgaPlay maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards underage registration.
• Is legally competent to enter into a binding and enforceable agreement.
• Not currently listed on any active self-exclusion or self-cooling-off programme set by SurgaPlay.
• Not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any SurgaPlay employee or business partner.
• Access to the platform must be from a jurisdiction that does not explicitly restrict or prohibit online gambling for individuals.

3.1 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the SurgaPlay platform. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances and bonuses without prior notice.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and kept up to date at all times. This includes your full name, phone number, email address, and MyKad number. SurgaPlay may decline withdrawal requests if account information does not match the payment method on file.

3.3 Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. SurgaPlay will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your password. Please notify SurgaPlay's support team immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

SurgaPlay reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits. Documents commonly requested include a copy of your MyKad and proof of the payment method used.

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

SurgaPlay supports the following Malaysian deposit and withdrawal methods only:

• DuitNow – Instant transfer via phone number or MyKad number
• FPX (Financial Process Exchange) – Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect, Bank Islam, and other Malaysian banks participating in the FPX network
• Touch 'n Go eWallet – Malaysia's popular e-wallet
• GrabPay – GrabPay, Malaysia's digital wallet
• Boost – Boost, Malaysia's digital wallet
• ShopeePay – Shopee Malaysia's digital wallet

All transactions on SurgaPlay are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only. No currency conversion fees apply. The minimum deposit is RM10 and no general maximum limit is set, though specific limits may apply depending on the payment method or account tier.

4.2 Processing Time

• Deposit: Credited to your SurgaPlay account within 30 seconds for all supported methods.
• Withdrawal (Standard Members): Processed within 5–15 minutes once the request is approved.
• Withdrawal (Gold/Platinum VIP Members): Processed almost instantly.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method or under the same name used for the deposit. SurgaPlay reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits or where unusual account activity is detected. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50.

SurgaPlay offers a range of bonuses and promotions to its members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

5.1 Rollover Requirements

All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements (wagering conditions) that must be met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn. The standard rollover is 5x to 15x of the total bonus amount, depending on the bonus type. Specific rollover requirements will be clearly stated on each promotion page.

5.2 Bonus Abuse Prevention

• Players found to be systematically using low-risk betting strategies solely to fulfil rollover requirements may have their bonuses voided.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per account, per IP address, per device, and per payment method unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and hold no cash value.
• SurgaPlay reserves the right to void any bonus at any time if there is evidence of misuse.

5.3 Bonus Validity Period

All bonuses carry a set validity period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit. Bonuses that expire before the rollover requirement is met will be automatically forfeited along with any associated winnings.

All games on the SurgaPlay platform – including live casino (baccarat, blackjack, roulette), slots, Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, BWF badminton, e-sports), and other table games – are operated in accordance with industry-standard rules.

• The outcome of all casino games is final and cannot be disputed once a round is completed.
• Sports Betting results are based on official outcomes issued by the relevant sporting authority. SurgaPlay reserves the right to use official sources to verify results.
• In the event of a technical error or system disruption, SurgaPlay reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the original stake to the member's account.
• All RNGs (Random Number Generators) in use are independently audited to ensure fair play.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface and are subject to change from time to time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the SurgaPlay platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Fraud: Includes the use of false identities, fraudulent documents, or stolen credit/debit card information.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Multiple Accounts: Holding more than one active account, whether directly or indirectly.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or bonuses.
• Use of Bots/Third-Party Software: Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts or using other means to claim bonuses more than once.
• Exploiting Arbitrage Opportunities: Systematically exploiting odds errors through cross-platform arbitrage betting.

SurgaPlay reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity. Where fraud or illegal activity is suspected, the case may be reported to the relevant authorities.

8.1 Closure by Member

You may close your SurgaPlay account at any time by contacting our customer support team via Live Chat or email at support@surgaplay.biz. Prior to closure, all eligible cash balances (excluding uncleared bonus balances) will be returned to you via your original payment method.

8.2 Closure by SurgaPlay

SurgaPlay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms
• Identity verification failed or incomplete following request
• Fraudulent activity or suspicious behaviour
• Requests from relevant authorities
• Members currently on an active self-exclusion programme

SurgaPlay takes the protection of all members' personal data seriously. Our platform complies with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia across all aspects of data collection, storage, and processing.

• All data transmitted between your device and SurgaPlay servers is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Passwords are stored in a hashed format that cannot be read, even by SurgaPlay staff.
• Your personal data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties except as stated in the Privacy Policy us or as required by law.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us through official channels.

SurgaPlay is fully committed to the principles of responsible gambling. The following tools are available to all members free of charge:

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limit: Set a limit on how much you can deposit within a given period.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit within a given period to keep your spending in check.
• Play Time Limit: Set session time limits to avoid extended play.
• Cool-off Period: Take a break anywhere from 24 hours up to 6 months whenever you need time to step back and think.

The SurgaPlay platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties as to its accuracy, completeness, stability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

12.1 Amendments to Terms

SurgaPlay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be sent to your registered email address at least 7 days before changes take effect, except for immediate changes required for security or legal reasons.

12.2 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through arbitration or a competent court in Malaysia.
